BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Subscription Pauses or Freezes
Gemini HQ subscriptions do not offer pause, freeze, or temporary suspension options.
Subscriptions remain active and billable unless a cancellation request is submitted prior to the next billing date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Billing option in the Support Ticket Request form prior to the next billing date.
Failure to submit a cancellation request before the billing date will result in automatic renewal.
Access remains available through the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
REVISIONS AND ERRORS
